Black Metal......
In 2005, in a quiet village of Sicilian
hinterland, surrounded by valleys and moors
dark, born from the minds of Roy "The
Shaman, Nekraner and Alex "Crazy
Horse" Old Legend project. The band passes
few months looking for a bassist and after a
while adds Ciccio Luzzio who leaves the band
shortly afterwards. After a period of stalled in
January 2006 "Jack" joins the band and
brings enthusiasm and stability to the act that,
after having found the right harmony, is the
protagonist of concerts in Palermo and province
doing well supported, up to perform in September
2006 on the first Sicily Metal Fest in
Casteltermini (Ag), with SilverWing and Dark
Secret. The year 2007 begins in the worst way
because of several health problems of two
components (one of them will undergo surgery in
August '07), despite this the fourpiece
continues the live activity, participating and
winning the "Battle of Band ", and
performs as "opening act" to Full
Metal Night with Cadaver Mutilator, Traumagain,
Balatonizer, Cripple Bastards and Suffocation,
headliner of the evening (Palermo, 18/05/2007).
The band begins to promote her first work
"Land Of Terror", where offers a
death-black metal infused with various shades.
This makes the sound very special, different
from the classic death metal. Afterwards, the
Old Legend, necessitating a shift technique,
introduce the guitarist "Faust." In
early 2008, the conditions of the band cause the
rupture with the singer, who is little
interested in the project. The split comes at a
live that Old Legend face without him, without
any particular concern. After a short time joins
as a singer "Francy Niurck",
increasing the sound pure death-black metal.
With this line-up the band takes part in
different events (Fabio Lione and Ancestral,
Castelvetrano, 04/24/2008), promoting some new
included in the new job, the album "Castle
of Perdition" presented in 'April '09
during the concert with Handful of Hate
(Palermo, 04/19/2009). Since then, a series of
events put in danger the life of the Band, which
will remain on standby for about 7 months. In
November '09, thanks to positive reviews
received from "Castle ..." as well as
the desire to resume a major project, there is
the "reunion". Unfortunately, good
intentions are nothing in front of the rancor,
reopening wounds that healed poorly. In a
situation so hard needs a separation from
"Jack." The stalemate help to reflect
and focus the real objective. In May 2010, the
Band is preparing to undertake a collaborative
relationship with the agency Alkemist-Fanatix
Europe. In November '10 the line-up is complete
with Riccardo The Crucifier (Psichopath Witch)
guitar, and Maso Alastor (Wolvesguard, Throne of
Molok, Terrorage, Undead Creep, Motorhett,
Sirrush, Beasts of Thora). Currently the Band
works on new album. Stay Tuned.
