 Sedition were founded in 2008 by the guitarist Martino Minen and his will to create a Death Metal band. The project started with the engagement of many members and line-up modifications, but never finding stability because of different expectations from music tastes and genres.
In the early days of 2009 Leo (vocals) joined the band followed in summer by Gian (bass guitar) and Flu (guitar). Then Sedition spent an year searching for a drummer, role taken by Stefano in late summer 2010. With this line-up the band started to play and the members begone to get in confidence with each other.
The first self-produced DEMO was recorded in january 2011 and released in the same-year's february.

I Sedition vengono fondati nel 2008 dal chitarrista Martino e dalla sua voglia di creare una gruppo Death Metal. Il progetto iniziò con il reclutamento di varie persone e molti cambi di line up, senza trovare stabilità a causa delle diverse aspettative dei componenti.
Nei primi giorni del 2009 Leo (voce) si unì al gruppo, seguito in estate da Gian (basso) e Flu (chitarra). I Sedition trascorsero un anno in cerca di un batterista all'altezza, ruolo che venne poi preso da Steve a fine estate 2010. Con questa formazione stabile il gruppo iniziò a provare e l'impegno reciproco iniziò a renderlo compatto. A Gennaio 2011 viene autoprodotto il primo Demo, contenente 4 tracce, per poi essere distribuito al pubblico verso metà febbraio.
